My name is Laura and I am in charge of distributions and subscriptions at We Are Family. I just started working here in November 2014 and love working with Hannah and Beccy in our wonderful (although sometimes chaotic!) little office. I spend most of my time talking to subscribers and distributors and popping to the post box to get your lovely magazines to you.
I am a new addition to the grown-up world, having only graduated in Summer 2013 and am currently clinging on to the student lifestyle by studying part-time for a Masters in Public Policy at the University of Bristol. Working at We Are Family excites me partly because I have a big academic interest in feminism, gender and sexuality. I used to put together a small student publication for my University’s Feminist Society called ‘That’s What She Said’ and am a big believer in the printed word causing social change.
Outside of work and uni I love to cook, read and travel.
