FTS is a global consumer-based non-profit organisation focused on bringing together, educating and empowering intended parents and surrogates in their efforts to create families, whether using compensated or uncompensated surrogacy. We work with surrogacy agencies, IVF specialists, lawyers, counsellors, researchers, regulators, media and parents to provide international best-practice consumer conferences, country-specific website resources; service provider ratings, a quarterly enewsletter; online seminars; and closed social media forums where intended parents can discuss issues of importance.  Founded in 2013, the organization operates in the UK/EU, USA and Australia, supported by country-specific conference committees.
